From short obstacle sprints (100m and 400m), to fast and exciting mid-distance runs (3K and 5K), up to endurance-focused courses (10K and 15K) designed for athletes who want to push their limits.

Who can join the race?
Everyone. Empire Race is open to beginners, intermediate athletes, and elite competitors. All levels are welcome.
Do I need obstacle racing experience?
No. You can start with our shorter formats like 100m, 400m, or 3K and build confidence step by step.
What race distances are available?
We offer 100m, 400m, 3K, 5K, 10K, and 15K formats, plus a dedicated Kids Race.
Is this a timed race?
Yes — all distances are timed. The 15K is our championship and performance-focused format.
Are there Elite or Competitive categories?
Yes. Elite athletes can compete in designated competitive waves for ranking and awards.
What kind of obstacles should I expect?
A mix of running, climbing, carrying, grip challenges, and movement-based obstacles designed for safety, performance, and fun.
How difficult are the obstacles?
Obstacles scale with the race format. Shorter distances are more accessible. Longer formats require more strength and endurance. Coaches and volunteers are always available to help.
What should I wear?
Sportswear and running shoes with good grip. Bring something you’re comfortable getting wet and sandy in.
Can I race with friends or family?
Yes. You can register as a team and race together. Team support is encouraged.
Is the race safe?
Yes. Safety is our top priority. All obstacles are professionally designed, tested, and supervised by trained staff.
