Water Dunk

Water Dunk is a simple but mentally challenging obstacle where you fully submerge your head and body under water to pass beneath a barrier. Take a deep breath before you go under, keep your eyes open, and move smoothly without hesitating. Stay calm, exhale slowly, and resurface on the other side. To prepare for it, practice relaxed breathing under water and cold exposure if needed — the key here is staying composed, not fast.

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Fully submerge your body under the water.
  • Use hands and feet only to move.

DISALLOWED

  • Not fully submerging the entire body.
  • Receiving assistance to complete or exit the obstacle.
  • Exiting the water from anywhere other than the designated exit
