Nunchack

Traverse the attachments using only your hands.

Nunchack

Nunchuck elements challenge your precision grip and body control as you move from one small vertical hold to the next using only your hands. Keep your core tight, minimize swinging, and look ahead to the next grip. Lead transitions with your hips and move smoothly rather than rushing. To train for it, use towel/rope hangs for pinch strength, dead hangs for endurance, and practice controlled swings to develop steady rhythm.
