Tarzan Swing

Traverse the attachments using hands and legs.

Tarzan Swing

Tarzan Swing challenges your grip strength, timing, and rhythm as you move across swinging ropes or hanging rings. Keep your core tight and let your hips create a smooth forward swing — don’t try to muscle each reach with your arms. Look ahead to the next hold, grab confidently, and keep your momentum flowing from rope to rope. To train for it, practice ring swings, dead hangs for grip endurance, and core stability work (especially hollow body holds) to stay controlled and efficient in the air.
