Multi-Rig

Traverse the rigs using hands and arms only.

Multi-Rig

Multi Rings challenge grip endurance, shoulder stability, and smooth rhythm as you move from ring to ring. Keep your core tight and let your hips generate the swing so each reach feels fluid, not forced. Look ahead to the next ring, commit to the grab, and maintain a steady cadence rather than stopping mid-air. To train for it, practice ring swings for timing, dead hangs for grip strength, and hollow body holds to stay controlled throughout the movement.
