Over–Under–Through tests coordination, body control, and smooth transitions rather than strength. Move efficiently: step or hop over the wall without stopping, drop your hips low to slide under the next obstacle, then face the opening and move through with a quick, compact step. Keep your chest up, stay relaxed, and maintain rhythm so you don’t lose momentum. To train for it, practice low duck walks, small hop-overs, core stability, and smooth footwork drills to stay quick and controlled.
